11:56pm, 31 Dec 2013

Its four minutes away to the end of 2013. Really, words won't be enough to sum up the year and if I were to begin typing, I won't want to begin my 2014 dragging pieces of 2013 into it. It won't be a nice start right? While everyone is reflecting on 2013, I somehow don't really know how to begin. Whatever it is, I am definitely looking forward to the new year, and as cliche as it may sound, a new year for new beginnings. Let's let go of whatever past.

AforArcade

AforArcade is definitely one of the more well-known online shops in Singapore and I am sure you've heard of it. Well, I've definitely heard of it and I was more than happy when they approached me and sent me two of their pieces.

AforArcade is actually a culmination of two online stores, www.iloveLRH.com and www.MerryMen.com.sg. Unlike most online shops, they cater to both men and women so guys who always complain of how online shopping is mainly for girls, thats not true la. You're not being left out on good stuffs this time!

I was given two pieces of apparels, both shown below.

Received praises from my mom when she saw me wearing this dress. "You should wear more of such dresses, I like.", quoted from my mom. I loved how comfortable the dress was and how "carefree" I felt wearing it. Couldn't stop twirling that day. Hahahahahha!

Next was this razorback criss cross top.

This top was perfect for me for nights out, or days when I felt like dressing up. I am beginning to love white colour clothing's btw. Loved how the front was criss-crossed (uncommon and very special) and the razor back.

Btw, both apparels were made of super good quality, I was shocked?? And they are both manufactured by AforArcade itself. Not bad right! :)

From 27th Dec 2013 to 27th Jan 2014, my readers can quote "tricia10" to enjoy 10% off! Hahahha. (thank me? Haahahhahaha)

HAPPY SHOPPPING GUYS! and a belated Merry Christmas!!

Part I Morocco Trip

After an arduous 7 hours plane ride, we finally arrived at Dubai for a short transit before another 8 hours plane ride to Casablanca. It was definitely torturous but luckily I fell asleep for awhile so it wasn't too bad. My father and sister had difficulty sleeping so it was definitely worse for them. But I did catch "The Millers" on the plane and it was really funny.

Keeping ourselves entertained while at the Dubai Airport.

I love their airport. Its probably 24 hours open cause even when we arrived at some weird timing the airport was still really busy with all the shops still open, mostly branded goods. They even had a Moet Chandon shop there. I felt like a beggar there. Hahhahahhahaa.

Finally arrived in Casablanca and it was kinda cold, yes I am really afraid of the cold so we settled for some hot chocolate while the adults went for espresso. My dad ordered black coffee and they gave him espresso. I think he wanted Kopi-o. Haahhahaha.

Next morning, rushing to get ready but had enough time to steal a few camwhore shots in between.

Visited the Hassan II Mosque, situated facing the Atlantic Ocean.

^ Failed heart shape shot.

^ The inside of the mosque. All hand-carved.

^ The beautiful Atlantic.

Next stop:

End of Part I! Lots of parts coming up!!

Throwback

Plane ride from Singapore to Dubai:

Whenever I take a plane ride, I always love to sit at the window seat despite of the inconvenience sometimes (i.e going to the toilet and waking up the passenger next to you.). It gives you a birds eye view  of the place. Buildings, planes, trees suddenly look so different from what they used to be on land. They become like Lego pieces you can pick up to fix together, beneath what seems gigantic to you is minute to those above, everything is so different from above from a different perspective. I think the same applies about life and ppl. What u may think is important, may not be to someone else. It's a matter of perspectives and different opinions.

Djemaa El Fna

Hi from Marakesh! This was taken today at the Djemaa El Fna open air-market with its snake charmers, watermen and street performers. But I honestly think it looks better in photos, the Larambla in Barcelona was much better.

Just some photos taken from my phone today.
