Then someone very important to me told me this:
If you are in a dark room and feeling terrified, there are 3 things to do.
Recognise that you are terrified and:
1. Pretend you are not terrified and smile.
2. Recognise that you are terrified but know that you also have to pluck up the courage and feel along the wall to find the switch to switch on the lights.
Well, for now I may be struggling in the darkness trying to find the switch but I will do it. :)
Gotta focus on other things and pull up my socks.
