I am finally getting my ass down to work. After months of procrastination and delay, I'm finally starting on something. I'm not sure how long this determination or enthusiasm of mine will last, but I sure hope its longer than my usual.
I am so physically unfit its actually unbelievable. I haven't been exercising on a regular basis since, probably secondary school's PE lesson which was compulsory so I had no choice. In poly, whenever there were camps or anything, I would feign sick or just skip it. I'll start panting after a few flights of steps and complain non stop. I've only gone to the gym less than five times in my entire life and I always took my mom's skinny genes for granted.
Ever since coming back to singapore this summer break, my food consumption has gone berserk. Prata almost every alternate nights for supper, dinner before that and eating whenever I want. (Korean bbq, mookata, ippudo ramen, hokkien mee, oyster omelette, you name it.)
My body is starting to show THE SIGNS. Well I should be thankful it took so long and I figure I really gotta do something about it while I am still young and before it gets worse.
For now, KAMPADEK!
(P.s. At least let me have a fit bday for my 21st in June?)
*pardon the act cute hair. I've got no choice cause after I chopped my hair, its so hard to tie it up in a bun again like last time.
