Reactivated.

And one more door closes.

Things change, people change. Thats a harsh fact that I find hard to deal with personally, even up till now. But I have to admit, I have changed too. Im not the same person I was two days ago, two years ago. Things I would do in the past, it would kill me to do that now. My views, my thoughts, my feelings have changed. I pray that its for the better. However, if it isn't, I just hope that one day in the near future, I'll be able to look back and tell myself, I've changed from the person at this moment, to a better one. I won't do a lot of things I would do for you anymore, I don't feel the way I feel. I'm now a being with stronger thoughts.

Some things have passed, and the chance gone forever. You've lost it now. You've lost someone who would have risked and would do anything for you, someone who tried her best for you in everything she did and would never do what you did to her, never ever. Someone you would never be able to find again, compared to everyone else. Someone who fought for you. Now its gone, forever. This time, forever is not a lie.

Don't ever say I didn't fight for you.

Sometimes skulls are thick. Sometimes hearts are vacant. Sometimes words don’t work.
- James Frey, A Million Little Pieces

Now nothing will work.

Bobo

I realised that I haven't been typing/ranting as much as I used to. Sometimes I wonder if thats a good or bad thing. Usually when I rant, its something emotional, together with some negative thoughts. However, when I don't, I feel that I can't express myself, I am not thinking. I wanna reflect, cause I always feel that reflecting helps a person improve, to become a better improved person. Agree?

Anyway, on a lighter note.

Meet BOBO.

Urghhh, too cute to resist!!!

Yes, and I pushed him in the trolley all the way till the checkout cashiers.

A Clash Of Kings

04 Jan 2014

"Of course, you never really forget anyone, but you certainly release them. You stop allowing their history to have any meaning for you today. You let them change their haircut, let them move, let them fall in love again. And when you see this person you have let go, you realize that there is no reason to be sad. The person you knew exists somewhere, but you are separated by too much time to reach them again."

Essauouira, Morocco

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been and probably will ever go (other than Santorini, Greece, which is in my bucket list.) .

"And my love is in the sea, in dreams."

Till the next time~

Raw and honest.

(*upcoming pictures taken for shop6by6 online store. do keep a look out.)

"Don't trust charming. Why? Because the boy who can talk all the right words knows it too well. Things like boys and love aren't meant to be practiced like that, it should be a bit awkward - it should be raw."

Sometimes the words that the boys say seem so perfect you wonder which website they found it on google. Then you think, maybe its really from their heart? Maybe you shouldn't be such a mean bitch.

But being strung into those pretty words may not be the best after all. Sometimes, words being strung together in those broken english may be even sweeter, showing how hard one has tried but failed. Cute even, right?

How do you know whether to trust someone or not? Use your head or heart? Both? Or only one. If it was that simple to use your head, there would probably be a lot less people getting hurt cause someone along the way, the heart comes in and ruins everything. All your "logical logic" and whatever may seemed made sense then doesn't seem to make sense anymore, vice versa.

Then here comes the part, you trust someone and that person betrays your trust. You become wary of everyone else and put your walls up. Then you may actually miss a person you should actually trust and is trustworthy cause of your walls. Then the regrets start pouring in.

How would you know to trust or not? HEADACHE.

The dream bathroom

Ouch

"Your life is not an episode of Skins. Things will never look quite as good as they do in a faded, sun-drenched Polaroid; your days are not an editorial from Lula. Your life is not a Sofia Coppola movie, or a Chuck Palahniuk novel, or a Charles Bukowski poem. Grace Coddington isn’t your creative director. Bon Iver and Joy Division don’t play softly in the background at appropriate moments. Your hysterical teenage diary isn’t a work of art. Your room probably isn’t Selby material. Your life isn’t a Tumblr screencap. Every word that comes out of your mouth will not be beautiful and poignant, infinitely quotable. Your pain will not be pretty. Crying till you vomit is always shit. You cannot romanticize hurt. Or sadness. Or loneliness. You will have homework, and hangovers and bad hair days. The train being late won’t lead to any fateful encounters, it will make you late. Sometimes your work will suck. Sometimes you will suck. Far too often, everything will suck - and not in a Wes Anderson kind of way. And there is no divine consolation - only the knowledge that we will hopefully experience the full spectrum - and that sometimes, just sometimes, life will feel like a Coppola film."

I just can't help reading this over and over again. Or more like, I need to read this over and over again just as a reminder to myself.

Ouch, doesn't reality hurts. But as much as the truth hurts, you gotta just deal with it.

01 Jan 2014

Home alone with this cutie pie, spending the first night of the new year together cause everyone's out. Pizza takeaway for dinner. Yuckkkksss.

Thank You

Thank you

to February, for reminding me
of the empty matchbook
sitting in my chest.

to March, for carrying spring
showers in your pocket.

to April, who breathed life
into the lungs of a best friend.

to May – your name is a promise
of season’s change.

to June, for carrying me
like a wildflower into summer’s garden.

to July, the sister month.

to August, for the whisper
of fall and open textbooks.

to September, for waking me
up winter’s bed.

to October, for reminding me
the scariest things walk unmasked.

to November, for making room for me
on the branch of a dying oak.

to December, for collecting the year’s sins
in garbage bags of bleeding leaves.

to January, for covering leaves with new snow.

- Thank you, Dalia A.

11:56pm, 31 Dec 2013

Its four minutes away to the end of 2013. Really, words won't be enough to sum up the year and if I were to begin typing, I won't want to begin my 2014 dragging pieces of 2013 into it. It won't be a nice start right? While everyone is reflecting on 2013, I somehow don't really know how to begin. Whatever it is, I am definitely looking forward to the new year, and as cliche as it may sound, a new year for new beginnings. Let's let go of whatever past.

"Sometimes I feel like ripping apart my skin and searching for a reason for why I feel this empty. Maybe my veins are tangled, or something is lodged in my ribcage. Because it feels like something inside of me is missing or broken."

AforArcade

AforArcade is definitely one of the more well-known online shops in Singapore and I am sure you've heard of it. Well, I've definitely heard of it and I was more than happy when they approached me and sent me two of their pieces.

AforArcade is actually a culmination of two online stores, www.iloveLRH.com and www.MerryMen.com.sg. Unlike most online shops, they cater to both men and women so guys who always complain of how online shopping is mainly for girls, thats not true la. You're not being left out on good stuffs this time!

I was given two pieces of apparels, both shown below.

Received praises from my mom when she saw me wearing this dress. "You should wear more of such dresses, I like.", quoted from my mom. I loved how comfortable the dress was and how "carefree" I felt wearing it. Couldn't stop twirling that day. Hahahahahha!

Next was this razorback criss cross top.

This top was perfect for me for nights out, or days when I felt like dressing up. I am beginning to love white colour clothing's btw. Loved how the front was criss-crossed (uncommon and very special) and the razor back.

Btw, both apparels were made of super good quality, I was shocked?? And they are both manufactured by AforArcade itself. Not bad right! :)

From 27th Dec 2013 to 27th Jan 2014, my readers can quote "tricia10" to enjoy 10% off! Hahahha. (thank me? Haahahhahaha)

HAPPY SHOPPPING GUYS! and a belated Merry Christmas!!

Part I Morocco Trip

After an arduous 7 hours plane ride, we finally arrived at Dubai for a short transit before another 8 hours plane ride to Casablanca. It was definitely torturous but luckily I fell asleep for awhile so it wasn't too bad. My father and sister had difficulty sleeping so it was definitely worse for them. But I did catch "The Millers" on the plane and it was really funny.

Keeping ourselves entertained while at the Dubai Airport.

I love their airport. Its probably 24 hours open cause even when we arrived at some weird timing the airport was still really busy with all the shops still open, mostly branded goods. They even had a Moet Chandon shop there. I felt like a beggar there. Hahhahahhahaa.

Finally arrived in Casablanca and it was kinda cold, yes I am really afraid of the cold so we settled for some hot chocolate while the adults went for espresso. My dad ordered black coffee and they gave him espresso. I think he wanted Kopi-o. Haahhahaha.

Next morning, rushing to get ready but had enough time to steal a few camwhore shots in between.

Visited the Hassan II Mosque, situated facing the Atlantic Ocean.

^ Failed heart shape shot.

^ The inside of the mosque. All hand-carved.

^ The beautiful Atlantic.

Next stop:

End of Part I! Lots of parts coming up!!
